Qualifications:
- Candidates residing in and around Nagpur.
- Minimum 12th Pass
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Must know how to read, write & speak English.
- Must know how to read & speak Hindi & Marathi.

- Attendance management
- Salary disbursement
- PF and ESIC contributions
- Gratuity and Bonus Computation
- Monthly expense reimbursement for field staff
- Full & Final Settlement for exiting employees
- HR Management
- Drafting job descriptions for new recruitments
- Onboarding of new joinees – Documentation, Appointment letter, Induction and other formalities
- Day to day management of employee matters – Attendance recording, outdoor duty reporting, Leave management
- Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records
