Qualifications:

  • Candidates residing in and around Nagpur.
  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Must know how to read, write & speak English.
  • Must know how to read & speak Hindi & Marathi.
  • Basic computer proficiency is mandatory. (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management
    • Attendance management
    • Salary disbursement
    • PF and ESIC contributions
    • Gratuity and Bonus Computation
    • Monthly expense reimbursement for field staff
    • Full & Final Settlement for exiting employees
  • HR Management
    • Drafting job descriptions for new recruitments
    • Onboarding of new joinees – Documentation, Appointment letter, Induction and other formalities
    • Day to day management of employee matters – Attendance recording, outdoor duty reporting, Leave management
    • Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records
