Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
  • Secretarial Course
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in shorthand and typing in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use shorthand to transcribe meeting notes, instructions
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, letters) in English/Hindi/Marathi ensuring accuracy and professional tone.
  • Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations as directed by the MD
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Schedule and organize all meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and setting up meeting resources.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records in a confidential and accessible manner.
  • Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and manage expense reports.
  • Screen calls and prioritize messages, maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely responses.
