Deputy Liason & Human Resources Officer


Description

Company representative who will build and maintain mutual relationships between the company and various government and private departments and people.

They help in conveying information during major events and emergency situations. They may also be responsible for portraying the right brand image of the organization in front of the media or the public. The role of liaison officer can be versatile. They perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as managing communication and coordination, streamlining operations and acting as a mediator.

They will also be responsible of managing the issues of the employees of the companies and ensure proper record keeping and compliances as per statutory requirements. They are expected to frame and implement policies for internal management of human resources in line with the vision of management.

 

Skills

Must be fluent in reading and writing Marathi and English

Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior position

Conversant with Maharashtra rules and regulations like PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factories Act, Shop and Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.

Must have experience in liasoning with various government departments
